Polarion Bad Liebenzell — ice skating in the Nagold valley
Polarion ice arena in Bad Liebenzell: large ice surface, skates for hire on site, learning aids for children — classic winter outing from Schellbronn, season October to March.
In winter, ice skating simply belongs in the region — and Polarion in Bad Liebenzell is the Nagold valley classic. From Das Bollenhut Haus it is about 20 minutes by car to Talwiesen 15; the season typically runs from October to March. You do not need to bring your own skates.

On 60×30 metres of ice there is room for beginners and children: hire skates on site in the sports shop — including sharpening and the right size. Learning aids (polar bears) are available. Ice discos several times a week, plus curling and broomball — no luxury claims, but genuine winter atmosphere.
Polarion lies in the same valley as Monbach Gorge and Paracelsus Therme — half a day in Bad Liebenzell combines well: forest or spa in the morning, ice in the afternoon. A firm winter tip for families with children from about two years old.
Pack warm clothing, gloves and a hat. The arena is regularly closed on Tuesdays; special hours apply during holidays. Check opening times, admission and hire prices on polarion.de before driving — weekends and ice discos can get busy.
